Spacious common area – a great spot perfect for laughter, stories, and moments. At Art House X 8MH we value our peace and privacy and don’t give out the space for gatherings or parties.

Built with a fully equipped kitchen, find everything you need for amazing meals, where attentive caretakers stand ready to assist with your needs.

No outdoor music after 9 PM. No loud music at any given point of time.

Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas.

Please, no underage drinking, narcotics, late-night visitors, or hookah.

Caretaker services cover essential needs; full-service assistance is available for a fee.

Mineral water can be arranged at actual cost.

Caretakers retire at 11.00 PM, though overtime can be arranged upon request.

No pets allowed since there is already a pet dog on the property .
