- Offers a serene getaway experience within Delhi NCR without the need for long drives.
Our farm is surrounded by lush, beautiful nature! During heavy rains, the rustic approach road can get a bit muddy or waterlogged, but our wonderful caretakers are on-site to assist you. Please message or check in with us before your visit

Champa, Chameli, and Kamal – three cottage-style rooms blending rustic charm with modern comfort.
Each room is designed with essential amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.
Extra bedding available to host up to 9 guests.
A separate space for maids or drivers can be arranged upon request.
3. Pricing
- Base tariff includes stay or visit for up to 6 guests in the 3 cottages.
- Additional guests can be hosted at INR 2000 per person, per night (up to a max of 9 ppl staying)
- Day visitors not staying overnight will be charged INR 1000 per person.
4. Outdoor Spaces
- Three landscaped lawns for relaxation, games, and gatherings.
- Swimming pool and amphitheater for leisure and events.
- Bonfire pits for evening get-togethers (chargeable basis)
- The Glasshouse – a soundproof, air-conditioned venue – available separately for events on a chargeable basis.

- Meals prepared by a professional cook with support from caretakers.
- Wholesome à la carte menu available at nominal prices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

* Built-in speaker included; external speakers not allowed.
* Furniture not included and must be arranged by decorators.
* Smoking, vaping, and hookahs are strictly prohibited inside.

3. Main House Rules:
-Pool Hours: The pool is open until 10 PM.
-Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside; it is allowed in designated outdoor areas.
-Noise: Outdoor music must end by 10 PM; indoor Bluetooth music is allowed afterward.
-Restrictions: No underage drinking, narcotics, late-night visitors, or hookahs.
- Damage Deposit: ₹5,000 refundable security deposit collected upon check-in.
-Caretaking: Our caretakers offer basic assistance. Full-service options are available at an additional cost.
-Dining: You can either order meals online or use the kitchen. Villa's cutlery & crockery for indoor use only. Please bring your own disposables for use in the lawns or pool area.
-Water: RO water is provided; mineral water is available at additional cost.
-External Services: Subject to management approval and may incur maintenance charges.
-Events & Shoots: Separate pricing applies; please contact us for details.
-Caretaker Hours: Caretakers are available until 11 PM; additional hours are chargeable.
-Bonfires: Available at an extra cost (2500 INR for 3-4 hours runtime)

Weapons Policy
