HOW WE STARTED
From bleeding liability to income powerhouse
Towards the end of 2019, our family's stunning farmhouse — a beautiful asset built with care — sat idle. It was draining resources and generating stress instead of income: full-time staff, property taxes, utilities and maintenance, with zero revenue in return.
That crisis became the catalyst. We set out to transform the property into a genuine income-generating asset, one that could be continuously upgraded and cared for rather than left to deteriorate. What began as a personal fix quickly turned into a revelation: countless owners across India faced the exact same dilemma.
8MH Organic was born from that realisation — a platform built to turn idle villas, farmhouses and apartments into professionally managed, revenue-generating experiences, without stripping away the character that made each one special.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Consulting discipline, entrepreneurial instinct
Born and raised in Delhi, our founder completed undergraduate studies in Ontario, Canada, before spending three years as a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers — building a deep grounding in market strategy, data analysis and high-stakes decision-making.
Between 2007 and 2019, our founder built and led businesses across education, hospitality & restaurants, social networking apps, aromatherapy and branding solutions — each one teaching lessons about building something sustainable and solving real problems for real people.
The 2020 lockdown became an unexpected turning point — the space to pivot fully and build a network of niche, offbeat properties across the country, now expanding globally as 8MH Organic.
