8 Mandi Hills Boutique Farmstay is spread across 4.5 acres, Cottage Gulmohar is one of the four cottage-style rooms on this property. This farm is an ideal retreat for friends, families, and gatherings, including social and corporate events. Surrounded by lush landscaped lawns, a refreshing swimming pool, a charming amphitheater, an elevated machaan, a well-equipped kitchen, inviting dining area, and cozy bonfire pits (these amenities will be shared since this is a partial listing).
Our farm is surrounded by lush, beautiful nature! During heavy rains, the rustic approach road can get a bit muddy or waterlogged, but our wonderful caretakers are on-site to assist you. Please message or check in with us before your trip for a smooth, hassle-free arrival.

Additional stay of 6 guests incur at a charge of 2000 per head, with extra visitors incurring a fee of 1000 per head. Please note that no more than 10 ppl (stay + visit included) will be allowed in the premises while booking through this listing.

The pool strictly closes at 10 pm, and smoking is prohibited indoors (allowed in open areas).
Outdoor sound is limited until 10 pm, with Bluetooth music permitted indoors afterward.
The property upholds a no-tolerance policy for underage drinking, narcotics, late-night visitors, or hookah use.
Caretakers offer basic assistance, and full-service options are available at a charge.
Guests can either order meals online or utilize the kitchen.
The villa's cutlery and crockery are designated for indoor use, while disposables are recommended for outdoor areas.
RO water is provided, and mineral water is arranged on actuals.
Outside services require management approval and may incur a maintenance charge.
Shoots and events involve separate commercials, with inquiries directed to the 8MH Organic team.
Caretakers retire at 11 pm, and overtime is available at a nominal charge. Bonfires are available at an additional cost.
Manual rates are provided as a default or fallback reference, not a fixed rule. Management-approved or live quotes always take precedence.
Additional Information:
