The home features two cozy bedrooms, spacious living areas, a charming library, a bar area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Step outside to enjoy the lush green lawn, outdoor seating, and peaceful balcony—perfect for slow mornings and relaxing evenings.
🌿 To maintain a calm and private atmosphere, events, parties, and loud music are not permitted. We also have a friendly, quiet pet who lives on the property.

🌿 Quiet Stay Policy: Art House is intentionally designed as a peaceful retreat. Events, parties, gatherings, and loud music are not permitted. Outdoor music is not permitted after 9:00 PM
✔ 🚬 Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
✔ 🚫 Underage drinking, narcotics, hookah, and late-night visitors are strictly prohibited.
✔ 🐶 Pets are not allowed, as there is already a friendly pet dog on the property.
✔ A maximum of 8 people are allowed on the property at any time.
✔ A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is collected at check-in.
✔ 🔋 During power outages, an inverter backup supports lights and fans. ACs are not covered, and there is no generator.
✔ Caretakers are available for essential assistance until 11:00 PM. Overtime support can be arranged at ₹500 per caretaker.
✔ 🛒 Mineral water can be arranged at actual cost.
✔ 📸 Commercial shoots require prior approval and are charged separately.
✔ 🎨 The private drawing room houses valuable antique artwork and is accessible only until 11:00 PM while the caretakers are present. After that, it will be locked, while the main drawing room with the TV remains available.
✔Guests are requested to treat the property with care. Any damaged or missing items will be charged to the primary guest at checkout.
Weapons Policy
Weapons, including firearms, knives, and licensed weapons, are strictly prohibited inside the property and must remain securely stored outside, such as in a vehicle.
