– Features 4 well-appointed cottage-style rooms, lush landscaped lawns, a swimming pool, amphitheater, machaan, kitchen, dining area, and bonfire pits.
– Provides a unique getaway experience without the need to drive hours away from Delhi NCR.
2. Accommodation:
– 4 cozy cottage-style rooms (Champa, Chameli, Kamal) and 1 spacious family cottage-style room (Gulmohar) with a bed and sofa cum beds.
– Additional bedding available to accommodate up to 16 guests.
-Separate space can be arranged for maids or drivers upon request.
3. Pricing:
-Our base tariff includes stay or visit for up to 12 guests in 4 of our charming cottage-style rooms.
-Additional guests are welcome at an extra charge of INR 2000 per person per night.
-Visitors not staying overnight will be charged INR 1000 per person.
4. Outdoor Spaces:
-Enjoy 3 beautifully landscaped lawns, perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities.
-Our property features an amphitheater and a refreshing swimming pool, providing a perfect setting for gatherings and events.
-The Glasshouse, a unique soundproof venue, is available for booking separately and is ideal for both social and corporate events.
5. Food:
-We offer a professional cook and caretakers to -provide a homely dining experience.
-A wholesome, a la carte menu is available at nominal prices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
-All meals are freshly prepared on-site, featuring organic vegetables sourced directly from our farm.

6. Entertainment:
– Games: Cricket, badminton, football, board games, etc., provided for guest entertainment.
– Sound System: Rentable for the day or guests can bring their own.
– Movie and Match Nights: Projector with a big screen and sound setup, available for rent for an immersive experience.

8. The Glasshouse (Available on Additional charges)
Introducing a new addition to the 8 Mandi Hills, our Glasshouse! Our Glasshouse is one of a kind, even while being in nature you get to experience soundproof solitude. Imagine being in the outdoors yet not having to worry about sound issues, well now you can vibe with your friends and fam at ease and stress free!
The Glasshouse can accommodate up to 100 people and is ideal for your late-night shenanigans! The structure is air conditioned making it an ideal indoor space throughout the year.
So whether it is a social or a corporate event, our Glasshouse is ideal for all late-night parties and events.
The Glasshouse is NOT INCLUDED in the property tariffs and remains LOCKED unless booked additionally. To understand the charges and rules of use, please message us.
Rules for The Glasshouse:
-Available for booking by the hour or a 5-hour window at an additional charge.
-Furniture in the glasshouse isn’t available for parties – your decorators will need to bring in their own furniture.
-Built-in speaker included in rental; personal speakers are not allowed.
-Food layouts inside the Glasshouse require prior approval from management.
-Smoking, vaping, and hookahs are strictly prohibited inside.

3. Main House Rules:
-Pool Hours: The pool is open until 10 PM.
-Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside; it is allowed in designated outdoor areas.
-Noise: Outdoor music must end by 10 PM; indoor Bluetooth music is allowed afterward.
-Restrictions: No underage drinking, narcotics, late-night visitors, or hookahs.
– Damage Deposit: ₹5,000 refundable security deposit collected upon check-in.
-Caretaking: Our caretakers offer basic assistance. Full-service options are available at an additional cost.
-Dining: You can either order meals online or use the kitchen. Villa’s cutlery & crockery for indoor use only. Please bring your own disposables for use in the lawns or pool area.
-Water: RO water is provided; mineral water is available at additional cost.
-External Services: Subject to management approval and may incur maintenance charges.
-Events & Shoots: Separate pricing applies; please contact us for details.
-Caretaker Hours: Caretakers are available until 11 PM; additional hours are chargeable.
-Bonfires: Available at an extra cost (2500 INR for 3-4 hours runtime)

Note: The property does not control insects, mosquitoes, or other animals/critters typical of a farm.
Guests advised to carry their own mosquito repellents.
