Pricing includes :-

1. A stay of 8 ppl.
2. Additional ppl staying will be charged at 1500 per head,
3. Additional ppl visiting at 1000 per head.
4. The Outhouse will only be given to groups of over 16 ppl, if a guest wishes to use the outhouse for lesser then 16 pax then an additional tariff of Rs 5000/- would be applicable.

Inclusions – The 4 bedrooms have 4 kingsize beds, which can accomodate 8 adults comfortably. For extra sleeping arrangements we add folding beds – we can accomodate upto 16 ppl in terms of sleeping arrangements at an additional cost.

The Outhouse has 2 extremely spacious rooms with attached washrooms. The first room in this unit has a double bed, and the second room has 2 double beds, we can additionally add another 3 foldable beds to accomodate a total of 9 pax in this unit. Please note that The Outhouse is made available only when the space is booked for more then 16 pax, else an additional charge of 5k would be levied for it’s use at the property.

The property comes with a caretaker to look after your basic needs whilst you stay with us.

There are other caretakers and malis as well that look after the maintenance of the property.

For food, you can order meals online or we would be happy to share our Live Chef with food service packages. You can also bring your own cook with you – (the cook’s stay and nominal kitchen use charges would apply).

Our caretaker can make basic tea / coffee at a nominal cost.

You can enjoy wifi connectivity and we have a TV for your match time cravings as well.

We have a chilled out basement with a projector and sound set up which you can use for a chill sesh or movie night , guests can use this set up at no extra charge !

Main house rules :

– Pool shuts at 10 pm strictly

– Smoking not allowed inside the villa, one can smoke in the open areas

– Sound cut off time outdoors is 10 pm . Music can be played with Bluetooth speakers at low volume indoors till late night afterwards

– No underage drinking, narcotics, late night visitors, no hookah allowed at the property

– Caretakers at the property are there to look after the property and basic help, if you need full service we can order a steward for you on chargeable basis

– You can order meals online or use our kitchen for cooking

– Cutlery & crockery at the property is available for use within the villa, pls carry disposables if you are looking to consume f&B in the lawns or pool area

– The property has RO water for your utilisation, if you want mineral water, the same can be arranged for you on actuals

– Shoots & Events have different commercials and may not be booked through Airbnb – pls search for 8MH Organic online and connect with the team to discuss the same

– Outside caterers, decorators, decorations, bartenders, musicians, djs etc are all subject to management approval and a maintenance charge – pls discuss with management before arranging for the same

– Our Caretakers are like family to us, pls treat them with respect. They will be available to assist you till 11 P.M. post which they retire, if you wish for them to stay on, please give them a nominal overtime

– Bonfires can be made available at an additional charge

– Outhouse use for less then 16 pax stay is chargeable at Rs 5,000/- extra

– Pls note that there is a P.S. close to the property and no kind of illegal activity/nuisance value will be tolerated.
