Property comes with a caretaker and helper for basic needs.
Additional caretakers and malis for property maintenance.

2. ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
Booking for 10 pax includes access to 5 rooms and 3 washrooms.
Outhouse unit with attached washroom available for bookings of 12 and above pax.

3. FOOD OPTIONS::
Meals can be ordered online through various portals.
Catering service available with a chef and server; fresh meals made as per your plan.
Guests can bring their own cook (nominal charges apply).

Our in-house chef is available to prepare delicious meals upon request, with additional charges applied.

4. IN-HOUSE SERVICES:
Caretaker can make basic tea/coffee at a nominal cost.
WiFi connectivity and a TV for match time entertainment.

6. HOUSE RULES:
Pool closes strictly at 12 AM.
No smoking inside the villa; smoking allowed in open areas.
Outdoor sound cut-off at 12 AM; indoor music allowed with Bluetooth
speakers till late.
No underage drinking, narcotics, late-night visitors, or hookah allowed.
Caretakers offer basic help; full-service assistance available on a chargeable
basis.
Online meal orders or use of the kitchen for cooking allowed.
Cutlery & crockery for use within the villa; bring disposables for lawns or pool
area.
RO water available; mineral water can be arranged at actual cost.
Check-in time: 2 pm; Check-out time: 11 am.
Shoots & Events have different terms; contact 8MH Organic for details.
Outside services subject to management approval and maintenance charge.
Caretakers retire at 11 PM; overtime available with nominal charges.
Power back up via generator is available free of charge for up to 4 hours, post which a nominal cost of fuel at Rs 500 per hour would be applicable. Please note that the power supply in the area is very good, this is just for extenuating circumstances.

7. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Separate space available for nannies and drivers at nominal charges.

The property comes with 2 lovely lawns which are absolutely massive in size, at the back of the property is a gorgeous elevated pool , perfect for poolside settings. Feel free to bring your own sports gear as well to make the best use of the lawns. Enjoy a trek through the forest area around the property which our staff will be happy to take you for.
