 About the space- Situated along the main road, the villa is part of a gated complex that has been recently built. Each villa within the complex boasts a private pool and a well-equipped kitchen complete with basic utensils, a fridge, a microwave, and an induction cooker. Ample cutlery and crockery are provided to accommodate up to 8 guests. The villa itself comprises a collection of stunning, well-lit, and generously-sized rooms. Designed with meticulous attention to quality and aesthetics, it offers an ideal setting to relax and unwind with friends or family during a holiday getaway. Additionally, there is an in-house restaurant available to cater to all dining needs, and private parking is provided for added convenience.

Maximum Occupancy- 8 pax 

Tariff starts from Rs. 24,600 per night which includes a stay of 6 guests

Extra charges for an extra person- 1500 per night per person

Child policy – Kids below the age of 5 are complimentary. Any extra mattress will be charged 1500 per night. 

Pet Policy- pets allowed

Things to do around – Siolim Beach is a 15-20 min drive. Famous Thalassa and Hosa restaurants within 10 min

Food options- Guests can either cook at the villa or order from the in-house restaurant. Meals in not inclusive.

House rules: 

• Check-in: 3 pm
• Checkout -11am
• A refundable Security Deposit of INR 10,000 will be collected at the time of check and the same will be refunded at the time of checkout. 
• Photo IDs of all the guests staying at the Villa would be required at the time of check-in.
• This is a Non-Smoking Villa, however, one can smoke in the outdoor/dedicated areas only. – Sheesha/ Hookah is strictly prohibited inside the Villa. You can use Sheesha at the poolside only.
• Kindly do not move any furniture/artifacts from their original place. In case you need to move any furniture, kindly ask the Staff to do so. The Villa is for 6 people and in case of any additional people staying at the Villa, extra charges shall be applicable. The maximum number of people allowed at the Villa is 8pax. 
• Linen/ Towels are changed once in 3 days. 
• Kindly keep the lights/ACs/ Fans switched off when not required or when stepping out of the Villa. There are power fluctuations in Goa and we request you to switch off the appliances when not in use. 
• Kindly do not sit on the sofa/ bed when wet. 
• Basic Toiletries are available in the bathroom for your use. 
• Kindly keep the luggage away from the walls to avoid any scratches/damage to the paint.
• Guests must keep their children under supervision at all times. 
• Outside guests are not permitted without prior permission.
