About the space- 

 Situated within a residential complex, away from the bustling main road, this villa offers a private and secluded retreat. Complete with a refreshing private pool, the villa boasts a well-equipped kitchen that includes essential utensils, a fridge, a microwave, and an induction cooker. Ample cutlery and crockery are provided to accommodate up to 10 guests. The villa features a cluster of beautifully appointed, brightly lit rooms, each adorned with high-quality designs and meticulous attention to detail. It serves as an ideal choice for a relaxing getaway with friends or family. Additionally, the villa offers the convenience of private parking, ensuring a hassle-free stay for guests.

Maximum Occupancy- 10 PAX

Tariff starts from- Rs. 25,200 per night which includes a stay of 8 Guests

Extra charges for an extra person- 1500 per night per person 

Child policy – Kids below the age of 5 are complimentary. Any extra mattress will be charged 1500 per night.

Things to do around-  located close to Panjim city, full of food outlets and shopping places which is a tourist heaven, and also the famous Miramar beach.  30 min drive to Calangute / Candolim beach

Food options- Guests can either cook on their own or ask the in-house chef to make meals at an additional cost. The chef is available from 9 am to 9 pm.

House rules:

• Check-In –3 PM 
• Check Out –11 AM 
• A refundable Security Deposit of INR 15,000 will be collected at the time of check- in and the same will be refunded at the time of check-out. 
• Photo IDs of all the guests staying at the Villa would be required at the time of check-in.
• This is a Non-Smoking Villa, however, one can smoke in the outdoor/dedicated areas only. 
• Sheesha/ Hookah is strictly prohibited inside the Villa. You can use Sheesha at the poolside only. 
• Kindly do not move any furniture/artifacts from their original place. In case you need to move any furniture, kindly ask the Staff to do so. 
• The chef is available from 9 am to 9 pm at an extra cost. Ingredients are not a part of the package.
• The Villa is for 8 people and in case of any additional people staying at the Villa, extra charges shall be applicable. The maximum number of people allowed at the Villa is 10.
• Linen/ Towels are changed once in 3 days. 
• Kindly keep the lights/ACs/ Fans switched off when not required or when you are stepping out of the Villa. There are power fluctuations in Goa and we request you to kindly switch off the appliances when not in use. 
• Kindly do not sit on the sofa/ bed when wet. 
• Basic Toiletries are available in the bathroom for your use. 
• Kindly keep the luggage away from the walls to avoid any scratches/damage to the paint. 
• Guests must keep their children under supervision at all times. 
• Outside guests are not permitted without prior permission.
