The property features six bedrooms, each with an attached bath, spread across two levels. The villa includes a dining area, living room, powder room, lush green gardens, terrace, and a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge, and cooking range.

The caretaker is available to assist guests with any needs during their stay, and helpers clean the property once a day. Guests are welcome to bring their own helpers if required. The villa is just a ten-minute walk from the mall, the main shopping area in Kasauli.

For recreation, we offer facilities for outdoor games like badminton and table tennis, as well as indoor games such as chess and carrom. For entertainment, there is a music system and a collection of classical music by Ghulam Ali and Jagjit Singh. Additionally, our caretaker can lend guests a small library of books during their stay.

Upon request, a bonfire and barbecue can be arranged in the lawns.

About the space

This is a private homestay villa with picturesque views, expansive gardens, and a terrace overlooking beautiful hills. The place is renowned for its serene and calm atmosphere.

We are located in the heart of Kasauli, just a 5-minute walk from Mall Road. Car parking is available for up to 5 cars.

The food situation: 

The kitchen is well-equipped with all basic necessities, including a gas stove, fridge, utensils, OTG, microwave, crockery, and basic spices.

A dedicated cook can be arranged to prepare simple yet delicious meals, or our caretaker can cook basic meals for the guests. The cost of groceries will be charged at actuals. Guests can either bring the groceries themselves or request the caretaker to purchase them.

• Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. All guests must be able to share their valid ID proof and send the soft copy of the same to us. 
• All foreign nationals/NRIs need to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay
•  Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
• Any illegal activity- including but not limited to use of narcotics is strictly not permitted. 
• Guests are earnestly requested to treat home with care and respect the nature and ecosystem.
