The space

There are three big double occupancy bedrooms on the 1st floor with a balcony, a washroom and an air conditioner in every room.

The ground floor has a vast DJ room with laser lighting, seating, and a smoke machine. The room is made of glass and is soundproof—a perfect location to party all night.

PS- the DJ room is also air-conditioned, so you do not have to worry about feeling stuffy.
The rooms have an indoor living area in common with a small pantry and an outdoor living area that accommodates up to 16 people. A minimal amount will be charged for additional members. The property can host a total of 20 people including visitors if any.

The property has a big living area with a pool table to keep you entertained in every part of the house.

Pricing

• It will cost ₹28000 during the weekends and ₹24000 during weekdays for 16 people.
• Additional bedding will cost ₹500 per head.
• Child policy: kids are complimentary below 12 yrs
• Pets allowed!

There is a provision of a fully functional kitchen where guests can cook themselves (need to arrange their own ingredients), or could choose to order from a nearby restaurant from Jaipur.

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
