The space

Located in the lap of nature, this two-bedroom apartment is surrounded by beautiful rolling hills. The property is fully furnished and fully air-conditioned with a modern, fully kitted-out kitchen, an expansive living room with a supremely comfortable leather couch and armchair. Complimenting the living room is a spacious balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee while catching up on those books you’ve been meaning to read, or indulge in a glass (or two!) of your favorite wine with your family, friends, or that special someone. The living room opens up to a dining area with a table that can comfortably seat three to four adults.

The master bedroom is replete with a wardrobe, a queen-sized bed and opens up to another spacious balcony looking out to the mountains. It also has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also comes with a built-in wardrobe and has views of the (you guessed it!) mountains! We also have a pretty substantial collection of DVDs and board games (Monopoly and Scrabble fans rejoice!) for you to enjoy. The apartment has two TVs with satellite cable (TATA Sky) and a DVD player in the living room. The property is WiFi enabled.

What makes our property unique is the seclusion and tranquility it offers while being within touching distance of all the major tourist hotspots the north of Goa has to offer. Coupled with the tasteful decor and comfortable surroundings of the apartment and the safety and serenity offered by the gated community that is Emerald Isles, one can experience the best of Goa – the brilliant nightlife and the beauty and peacefulness on offer.

Please note that the apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and we do have groups of all ages visiting us.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire apartment and will be given a set of keys at check-in. There are no areas of the apartment or the complex off-limits and guests are encouraged to enjoy themselves! We only ask that you are considerate towards the property and towards the other residents. You also have access to dedicated parking.

Food

You can use the fully equipped kitchen to cook meals yourselves or order from the multitude of restaurants around!

Other things to note

One important thing to note is that you may experience limited mobile network connectivity within the apartment. Gio usually works well and now Airtel has started improving it’s connectivity in Goa as well. You can however be assured of being connected to the outside world since we do have WiFi!

For guests visiting our property for the first time, getting there can be a bit tricky since the entry road off the main road is easy to miss. Our trusted cab driver can pick you up from the airport or the nearby railway stations and drive you to the property comfortably. If you’re driving down to Goa, you can navigate to the property using any popular navigation app! Just input “Emerald Isles Verla Canca”!
