The space

The property stands out for the use of hardwood furniture, hurricane lights, palm leaf ceilings, Malabar tiled roofs, and other subtle touches that may transport you to a more tranquil moment of the past.

3 Types of Cottages & Description:

1. Single Cottage with Private pool:
The private corner cottage has an attached plunge pool, surrounded by a lush tropical garden and bamboo fencing. The room is equipped with all modern creature comforts and accented with retro and eco ambience.

Pricing – 13000/- + taxes per night for a stay of 2 – inclusive of breakfast.

2. Twin Cottage (2 bedrooms) with private pool:
A Two bedroom cottage; rooms are private with separate entry, attached baths, and a common veranda overlooking the river. One of the rooms has a personal plunge pool with a sun-kissed deck facing the river. The pool is semi-open and can be used by all staying in that cottage.

Pricing – 14000/- + taxes per night for a stay of 4 – inclusive of breakfast.

3. Single cottage- river facing:
This cute corner cottage is private with its own garden, swing and sit-out surrounded by lush tropical gardens and bamboo fencing.

Pricing – 13000/- + taxes per night for a stay of 2 – inclusive of breakfast.

Interiors –An 8-inch mattress and comfortable king-size bedding with a bohemian eco-chic atmosphere ensure you have a calming and comfortable experience during your stay at the property.
The property is tastefully decorated and adorned with a riot of carpets, blankets, cushions in natural tones, and earthy textiles that invites you to a soft and cosy setup. The entire space is furnished with contemporary conveniences and has thoughtful and eco-friendly elements.

The partially covered bathroom has its shower exposed to the sky. Enjoy the shade of the tall tropical and coconut trees over your head or the shining starry night sky, depending on when you shower.

Food:
Breakfast is complimentary. It usually is south Indian. You can also order some toast with eggs. 2 bottles of packaged drinking water will be provided during the stay by the cottage, more than that would cost 35 rupees per bottle. Packaged drinking water is also available.

The tariff does not include lunch or dinner. There are meal options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. It requires a day’s notice and a minimum of four to five hours for dinner.
At Rs 600 per head plus 5% GST, the meal comprises four mains, bread, and/or rice.

Fresh food at the property is prepared with produce procured from the best local markets. They have options for meat and seafood too; all are carefully marinated in selected spices.

Despite the dine-in option in the garden, most guests gravitate toward the gazebo with its transparent curtains flowing in the breeze or dine in the al fresco dining area.

PS- the fish enjoy the little pieces of a leftover egg in the river.

The tap water is cleaned using filters but is still unfit for consumption. We offer a reverse osmosis machine if you’d prefer not to drink from plastic bottles.
