* Smoking is not allowed inside the villa (open areas only)
* Outdoor music must stop by 10:00 PM; indoor Bluetooth music is allowed afterwards
* No underage drinking, narcotics, late-night or unregistered visitors, or hookah. All guests must submit government approved ids - failure to do so will result in us not allowing their entry.
* Caretakers provide basic assistance; extended services are available at an additional charge
* Guests may order food online or use the kitchen for cooking
* Cutlery & crockery are for indoor use only; please bring disposables for the lawns or pool area
* RO drinking water is provided; mineral water can be arranged at actual cost

* Shoots & events require prior approval and are subject to separate commercial terms
* Outside vendors/services require management approval and may incur maintenance charges
* Caretakers retire at 11:00 PM; overtime assistance is available at a nominal charge
* ⚡ Generator backup is included for up to 4 hours. Additional usage is charged at ₹500 per hour
* Power outages are rare and backup is provided only for unexpected situations
* 💰 A refundable ₹5,000 security deposit is collected at check-in
Weapons Policy
Weapons, including firearms, knives, and licensed weapons, are strictly prohibited inside the property and must remain securely stored outside, such as in a vehicle.
