✔ The balcony sliding doors can lock automatically when fully closed from outside. Please take care not to shut them completely when outside the apartment.

✔ Turn off the gas after cooking.
✔ Use induction-compatible cookware on the induction cooktop.

✔ Tap water is not recommended for drinking.
✔ RO drinking water is available in the kitchen.
🏡 Property Care
✔ Please take care of the apartment, furniture, fixtures, and amenities during your stay.
✔ Guests are responsible for the cost of any damage caused during their stay.
💰 Security Deposit
✔ A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is collected at check-in and returned after the property has been inspected following check-out.
Power Backup
⚡ Power interruptions can occasionally occur in Varanasi.
✔ Generator backup is available at the property.
✔ The generator generally takes around 3–5 minutes to activate after a power interruption.
✔ Guests are requested to allow this short transition period before the backup comes on.
Weapons Policy
Weapons, including firearms, knives, and licensed weapons, are strictly prohibited inside the property. Any permitted items must remain securely stored outside the property, such as inside a vehicle.
