Pricing

The entire 3 BHK space comes at a Tariff of INR 22,000/- ++ which includes a stay of 6 pax with breakfast on per night basis. 

You may also hire out the property room – wise at INR 7500/- ++ which includes a stay of 2 pax per room per night on double occupancy basis with breakfast 

• We can offer one room with 3 beds for people travelling with children, free of cost
• We are a pet friendly property 

House Rules

• We encourage you to maintain cleanliness, live sustainably, and pay attention to the furniture and objects around you (these are the general guidelines, guests will be made aware of other details when they’re interested to book the property). 
• Check in time is 2:00 pm, Check out time is 11:00am.
• No loud music after 10 pm. Guests can still play light music indoors post 10 pm.
• There can be 7 guests allowed at max. 
• Any illegal activity, use of narcotics, prostitution, etc. will NOT be tolerated. Immediate report to the local police authorities will be made, if suspected.
• Smoking strictly NOT allowed inside the villa. Guests can smoke only in the balcony or outdoors. Smoking inside the villa will attract a PENALTY of Rs. 10,000. Please be mindful of the cigarette buds while disposing.
•  Kitchen Closes at 10 PM
• The number of guests shouldn’t exceed the actual guests at the time of booking. We have all the right to cancel the booking- if discrepancy is found.

• Events/ Corporate Off-sites are allowed. Separate charges will be applicable as per the guest/ visitor count.

You can visit popular hill stations like Nainital, Bhimtal, Naukuchiatal which are located very close by to the property. The famous Neem Karoli Baba’s Kainchi Dham Mandir is also situated nearby.
