The space

The cottage has three bedrooms with attached bathrooms in all rooms and a lovely drawing room where you can sit and enjoy the garden view.

The rooms have double occupancy that can host up to six people. However, we can arrange for an extra bed with additional charges in each room, making it possible for three people to share a room. The cottage can host nine people on the whole.

One may saunter across the cottage in the evenings or lounge in the garden area and take in the beauty of mother nature for a soothing experience to treasure.

₹11, 000 for the entire cottage. Additional bedding will cost 1000 per head.

Food

The homestay wishes to provide guests with an at-home experience. As a result, they offer a fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation that includes an induction plate, utensils, a sandwich maker, a refrigerator, and crockery. The homestay will also supply essential ingredients for breakfast if you would like to cook.

However, if you want to have lunch or supper prepared, our housekeeper will do it for a reasonable fee, provided you give the ingredients.

The front lawns of the farm, amphitheatre, and pool are public and shared. They may be booked for the owner’s personal use or for other guests as well.

House Manuals

Guests are prohibited from smoking anywhere inside the property.
Please refrain from taking any items from the cottage like towels or utensils.
Guests are restricted from involving or practicing any unlawful activities in and around the property.
Practice sustainability and turn off the lights, fans and other electrical appliances when it is not in use or before leaving the property.
Water is significantly treasured in the hills; we hope you understand its importance and use it effectively.
Guests will be responsible for their personal belongings.
Guests will be liable for any repair or replacement of damages to the property if done during the stay.

Other things to note

Put on your tourist shoes and pack your bags to explore the place. Fortunately, the cottage is close to the Ranikhet market and the famous Haidakhan Babaji Temple. Don’t forget to check out more places and ask the locals for assistance if needed.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

House Rules

1. We respect our domestic help and expect you to do the same.

2. The charges for employing the domestic help for cooking are ₹100 per room per meal. For eg, If you have booked all three rooms and get 2 meals cooked, the charges will come out to be ₹600 for one day.

3. These prices are fixed and non negotiable.

4. Our domestic help are only employed for cleaning, washing the dishes and cooking.
