• Up to 7 people – food delivery from a partner restaurant is possible only or guests can cook themselves / get takeaway food for themselves
• 7-18 people – catering food delivery at the property can be made possible as per the package mentioned above. No cooking at the property here in this case as costs will be involved
• Above 18 people – catering will be done at the farm.

House Manuals

• The property is pet friendly.
• No specific restrictions on music and pool timings or even alcohol

Terms and Conditions :
1. Every guest must carry Govt ID proof.
2. Every additional guest entering the farm (after 15 pax) would be charged ₹1000 extra.
3. Additional Mattress charge – ₹1000 (after 6 pax)
4. Late checkout to be charged ₹1000 per hour
5. Refundable Security ₹5000 would be charged additionally at the time of check-in.
6. In case of any cancellations, the advance is non-refundable.
7. Playing cards are not allowed

House Rules :
1. Music around the pool will be allowed till 11:00 pm and to be kept a little low after that.
2. Drugs / Illegal Substances / Ammunition not allowed

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
